My commitment to the success of healthcare practices and various industries is reflected in my efforts to streamline operations.

    Among my additional skills are desktop publishing using Canva, report writing, and template restructuring, to name a few.

    I also offer personal and executive assistance, specialising in the preparation and distribution of private and confidential reports and letters for clients. While I am not a call center and do not handle incoming calls for businesses, I can engage with clients and maintain accessibility within specified limits (which can be further discussed).

    I possess in-depth expertise and hands-on experience in invoicing across various practice management software platforms, such as Xero, and MYOB. Allow me to efficiently manage your outstanding balances, follow up on payments, and generate timely invoices and receipts for your business, whether it's through your practice software or via Xero/MYOB.

About Me


It all began with an idea, and this is how TM Virtual Admin Services began.

My name is Tammy and I have predominantly been working in the medical field for 20 years. Beginning in aged care, I followed my desire to continue learning and began working as a receptionist for MIA Radiology. With further confidence and experience, I continued to learn and grow which further developed my strong word processing skills, excellent communication skills and database management. My organisational skills and time management have always been my key strength in all work that I do.

Although being highly valued and respected at MIA Radiology, my desire and strive for business management grew. I therefore moved to Office Manager for a small medical business and for many years I was team manager for a group of staff and gave the company initiative to adapt to progressive changes in the industry. During this time I took the opportunity to complete my Certificate 3 in Business Management to further develop my skills.

Following expanding my family unit, time constraints on long travel to business locations became hard, and I have moved to Virtual Administration. By doing this I have found my ideal passion and have been able to help set up and improve several businesses, each to their individual needs. .

I have also begun studies (2023) in bookkeeping and payroll to further my career and open up more opportunities to work with small businesses.
